  • Not necessarily, everyone is welcome to make an appointment to see one of our Podiatrists. We manage all foot and lower limb concerns. If you have a complex health concern, it would be helpful to bring a medication list and medical history from your Doctor.

    Referrals are needed only if you are with the Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA), Workers Compensation or are on the Enhance Primary Care Plan (Medicare).

  • Yes! If your doctor finds you eligible for a health care plan under Medicare, you may be entitled to a maximum of 5 rebatable consultations in a 12 month period. Our clinic processes your rebate after the consultation, utilising the Easyclaim method with the funds being made available into your account. We are not a bulk billing practice.

  • If your private health insurance policy has extras cover, you may be eligible to claim part of your visit on the day. This all depends on your policy provider and the type of plan you are on.

  • Yes, our Podiatrists can arrange to come to patients’ homes. We can also visit group homes and nursing homes. To arrange a home call, you will need to contact reception for scheduling 9759 2576. We try to service our local community within a 10km radius.

  • Our clinic is open 6 days a week, including Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays because our team also needs a rest :)

  • Yes, our clinic is an NDIS registered provider. We are also able to work with your Plan manager or with the individual participant if they are self managed. For more information visit the link below.

  • We are able to provide you with an assessment and report, if your injury has affected your feet or lower limbs and you have a referral from your Doctor or another health specialist.

    Your case worker will need to approve the treatment recommendations, and then treatment can commence.

    Yes we accept AFTERPAY. Simply install the app, create an account and with a simple tap on our HICAPS terminal, your account is settled.
